I feel very disappointed and unhappy with the unprofessional service provided by Dr Shanker Vijay. Last week my grandma made an appointment due to excruciating pain in her ear. Dr Shanker Vijay sent her away with the explanation 'nothing is wrong'. That night my grandma was in tears with ear pain. We went to the urgent care unit to be told she has a major ear infection. The hospital doctors rolled their eyes when I explained what Dr Shanker said. Complete incorrect diagnosis. Shouldn't be a doctor.

This surgery, Doctors and staff are totally amazing. They are all extremely helpful and supportive. I am so grateful to be a patient at this surgery.

Nothing could be done to improve.

Botwell Medical Center give outstanding customer service and empathy towards patients. Always helpful with appointments and other services. Reception/Admin/Nurses and Doctors are amazing and we are blessed to have them. The Southall branch I use for bloods and physio and they are outstanding too, patient and caring and polite at all times. All my family members attend here and I’ve even recommended many of my friends to both branches who are looking for doctors in those areas.

Really nothing I can say they can do better on they work all hours and always patient and there to help no matter what.
